Made these before with macadamia nuts in addition to the white chocolate chips. Intentionally. Yet these cookies here were somewhat a tasty mistake. My ganache seized multiple times and I fixed it (and screwed it up) with a dark chocolate, a little cream, white chocolate chips, and a little (ok a lot of) Bailey’s Irish Cream (I forgot how good that was). What resulted was this divine specimen of a cookay. Yep. Cookay.
