Bourbon Sweet Potato Cheesecake…

Not a huge fan of sweet potato, unless it’s roasted, yet this was not bad. If you like sweet potato, you’ll like this. Probably even love it. I personally like the lemon better. Garnished with toasted pecans (which is also in the crust).
